People in their most productive
years who are getting affected
by HIV, with consequences
that are far-reaching, businesses
across the globe are beginning
to engage themselves with
the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
The
Great Escape (WPI Application
Package) is a unique desktop
application, which gets installed
on the desktop. It comprises
of a desktop messenger buddy.
Majority
of the corporate workers
are young in a range
of 18-28 years. They
are young, sexually
active with odd working
hours. This makes
them the most vulnerable
working community.
If this workforce
were not checked,
they would engulf
the major and most
vibrant human resource
and development of
the country. The behavior
they adopt now and
those they probably
maintain throughout
their sexual lives
would determine the
course of the epidemic
for decades to come.
It is important to
make them aware of
the epidemics with
the knowledge of HIV/AIDS
and elaborate the
preventive measures
but there is more
concern to it. One
of the best modes
of disseminating information
to them is in an entertainment
mode through gaming.a
